My name is Peter, and I am the  founder and owner of Nugen Connstruction.  I've been in the construction industry for well over 20 years. My company specializes in Commercial Tenant Improvements such as Restaurant/Bars, Coffee/Boba Shop, Bakery, Nails/Hair/Beauty Salon, Offices, Retail, and Medical offices.

 

The number one priority in Commercial Tenant Improvement project is the need to finish the project in a timely manner so the client can open for business to generate revenue to pay for the leased space and other related business expenses.  When I take on a new project, I follow a strict process to get the project done as Quickly and in the most Cost Efficient way as possible. I personally draft the plans for each project with the support of my  in house Designers and Engineers. When it comes to designing the layout of a new project, I always invite my client to meet with me and together we design the layout together in real time so we can speed up the design process.

 

I can have the plans drafted and ready to submit within 3 to 5 days from the day I sign the contract with the client. Since I draft the plans in house, my construction bid always have the drafting of the plans as a bonus. So if you contracted with me to assist you with building your store, then I will draft the plans at no additional cost to you. 

My construction process will be broken down to specific scopes of work to ensure that the project will be completed in a timely manner. I have completed hundred of commercial tenant improvement projects and have gained a lot of experience along the way. So I am confident to say that I will be able to complete your project in a timely manner no matter what. When signing on a new project, I always treat it as if it is my very own project. My only objective is to finish the project in a timely manner so that my client can open his or her business asap. I understand that delay in tenant improvement projects will incur other losses like lease payment and loss of revenue, so the number one priority to me is to complete the project asap.
